THE HOTEL

The 116 rooms and suites all have either full or side sea view with balcony or terrace. All accommodations have been recently renovated and are richly appointed offering the ultimate in comfort and cosiness.

The 8 superior corner rooms are very spacious with separate sitting area and panoramic windows looking out over the bay, while the garden suites, on ground and first floor level, are in great demand by younger guests.

The COLUMBIA Beachotel offers a variety of food & beverage outlets. The culinary side has many choices. The Atrium for a beautiful breakfast, the Cape Aspro Restaurant with its fantastic look over the Bay of Pissouri offers local and international cuisine. In the evening you should not miss the Flambe Terrace where you will be served dishes which will be flambeed in front of you. The other meeting points at the Beachotel is the Seven C's Bar offering a variety of cocktails and drinks. Enjoy the sunset at the Seven C's terrace with the view towards the cape. The Old Customs House right on the beach offers drinks and snacks, whilst the Cape Aspro Pool Bar you can have either wet or dry. Wet-swim to the bar and have drinks. Dry and enjoy your drink and look onto the swimming pool and its surroundings.

The indigenous flora and fauna are of great interest to nature lovers. The cliffs to the east of the bay are a well-known breeding ground for the Griffon Vulture. The island is a veritable treasure trove of antiquities, reflecting the different cultures to have left their mark on Cyprus.

Many sites are just a few minutes drive away. Inland, the Troodos Mountains offer opportunities for skiing during the winter months and all-year rambling on the numerous nature walks. Similarly worthy of a visit are some of the picturesque mountain villages and traditional Orthodox monasteries.
